Like the model 5800, in the upper right corner of new items there is available area for shortcuts of five applications, including player, multimedia gallery, and web browser. But in a series of XpressMusic the most important is, probably, the rapid launch to a music application.
Player and Radio
The music phone has five equalizers. But we’d like to remind you that “singing” phones from Samsung has 12 presets, including sound effects.
Another software, which slightly increases the volume is used in 5530 and you can use stereo in the expended mode. That’s all.
The quality of the sound seems a little worse than in 5800, but perhaps it depends on a specific test model.

The sensitivity of FM-tuner is good; auto scanning easily finds 20 stations.
The unit itself provides the names of stations to receive the information via RDS. Radio runs in the background as the player. The sound is rather loud, rattle and extraneous sounds are not heard. For example, in a room, you can put the phone on the table and listen to music.
Camera
The Nokia 5530 is equipped with a quite simple 3-MP camera with autofocus and LED flash. The interface of the camera is convenient – large icons, which you can get a finger, even on the go, convenient and logical control, a sufficient number of settings, which in one way or another, affect the final result.
In short, everything is very convenient. Autofocus works well, drawbacks are rare.
Talking about the quality of images it should be mentioned that it depends on the lighting and the photographer.
Functions
With its functionality the model is close to 5800, which is not surprising. Therefore, something can be learned from the reviews of older models.
What we see here? Convenient file manager, clients for popular services, simple program to determine the coordinates, if “tie” external GPS-receiver via Bluetooth to 5530. By the way, there is no navigation software, but nothing prevents you from downloading yandex maps in Java.
Alarm clocks are also available. It is convenient that the user can program several alarm cloaks, as it is sometimes required.

Conclusions
If we consider the Nokia 5530 as a simple music phone with an excellent touch screen, the proposal is worthwhile. Sound of course is not outstanding, but with decent headphones – more than acceptable. I think young people will appreciate this.
